Office Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM 

Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and supervising the social media team, managing client relationships, developing and executing social media strategies, and ensuring the overall success of our clients’ social media campaigns. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a passion for social media. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Team Leadership and Supervision: 

Oversee daily tasks and ensure timely completion of assigned projects. 

Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment. 

Client Relationship Management: 

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. 

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns. 

Social Media Strategy Development: 

Develop comprehensive social media strategies for new and existing clients. 

Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in social media. 

Campaign Planning and Execution Oversight: 

Plan and oversee the execution of paid social media campaigns. 

Monitor campaign performance and ensure ROI on ad spend. 

Client Satisfaction and Retention: 

Deliver desired outcomes for clients and ensure high satisfaction levels. 

Communicate effectively to manage client expectations and deliverables. 

Managing Client Escalations: 

Address and resolve client escalations promptly and effectively. 

Project Planning and On-Time Delivery 

 

Performance Monitoring: 

Monitor the performance of clients’ social media accounts and the social media team. 

Prioritize low-performing clients and develop strategies to boost their growth. 

Qualifications: 

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field. 

Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role. 

Strong understanding of social media platforms and analytics tools. 

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. 

Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines. 

Strategic thinker with a creative mindset.
