Position Title: Web Developer
Location: Ground Floor, Building No. 1 (61), Sector 2, Millennium Business Park, Mahape, Navi Mumbai 400 710
Office Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Job Overview: The Web Developer will be responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of websites and web applications. This role requires excellent technical skills, a keen eye for design, and the ability to effectively communicate with clients. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing multiple projects, solving complex technical problems, and ensuring that all deliverables are completed on time and to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities:
Website Design:
Develop visually appealing and user-friendly website designs.
Ensure that websites are responsive and optimized for all devices and Browsers
Client Communication:
Regularly communicate with clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and address any concerns.
Offer technical support and guidance to clients during and after project completion.
Errors & Bugs Resolution:
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve errors and bugs in a timely manner.
Implement effective debugging practices and tools to maintain website functionality.
Time Management:
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely delivery of all tasks.
Account Management In-House:
Collaborate with in-house teams to manage client accounts and ensure satisfaction.
Provide regular updates and reports on project status and performance.
Website Handover:
Prepare and deliver comprehensive handover documentation and training to clients.
Ensure clients are fully equipped to manage and update their websites independently.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Web Development, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Web Developer or similar role.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React Js, Node Js, Express Js, PHP, MySQL and other relevant web development languages.
Familier with CMS Like WordPress, Shopify, Webflow and Wix
Strong understanding of responsive design principles.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress, Joomla, or Drupal.
